[WSBARP] Grant Co - Agent to Cry Trustee Sale

Need an agent to cry a trustee sale in November for some rural property
(not farmland).  In Washington and Idaho I normally have the title company
who issues the trustee sale guarantee cry the sale for a small fee.  I just
assumed the title company would cry my sale.



Come to discover they won’t cry the sale.  They probably know the borrower.
