[WSBARP] Fillable recording cover sheet - King County

I can't believe it's 2020 and the King County recording cover sheet is not
a fillable document. Rather than printing it, hand-filling it, scanning it,
and uploading it, I'm hoping someone has one that they've made to be
electronically fillable that they would be willing to share with me.
