[WSBARP] Purchase and Sale Agreement

John, this is right in my wheelhouse, I've built a practice around these
sorts of transactions (at least in part). I work all over the state and
usually don't meet my clients in person, all telephone and email (you know
the kids these days and their darned devices...).

I am also always happy to chat. Have her give me a call and I can get her
further up to speed on the matter and how an attorney will help.
