Utilities for lighted signs. Also, keep in mind that city codes change,
frequently, and subsequent changes could eliminate Parcel A's ability to
modify the sign.

Subject: [WSBARP] Signage Easement

All,

Asking if anyone has a sample "signage easement" that I could review to make
sure I am not missing anything. Basic facts are: two commercial properties.
Parcel A abuts a busy road, Parcel B is set back from road. Parcel A is
granting Parcel B an easement to install and maintain a sign on a corner of
Parcel A's property to promote Parcel B's business. Parcel A reserves right
to add to the sign for their own benefit and at their own costs.

My main concerns are addressing any city codes, set-back requirements and
also addressing concerns that Parcel A cannot construct anything that would
block the view of the sign from the road.

Thank you,
