I haven't had to defend one, but I use it often in family law matters. I just file a GR 17 declaration along with the docusigned document.

Listmates,  I acknowledge being old and skeptical of technological “ advances”  and was wondering if anyone has thoughts on Docusign.  I read the section on “is it legal” but it was just techno speak to me and end the end I had no confidence as to its enforceability or security.
