[WSBARP] Landlord Tenant Changes in the Law

Dear Listmates:

I have been told that there was a substantial change in the landlord tenant
laws this past legislative session. Does a residential landlord have to
give 60 days notice to a tenant before terminating the lease.

Second question, if a tenant is in a "hardship situation" they don't have
to pay the rent and can't be evicted.
