[WSBARP] water intrusion experts

I have a client who is dealing with water run off being misdirected to 
her property by her next door neighbor, causing water damage to her 
basement. Soils stability next to her property has also been 
compromised. We made a demand and the liability carrier has hired Donan 
Engineering to determine the source  of water intrusion. Property in 
King County.

Anyone work with these guys before? Feedback would be appreciated.

We  need our own expert to  back up our assertions of misdirected water 
run off. Any recommendations?
