[WSBARP] CC & R Covenants Governing Security Cameras

Listmates,

 

Several HOA have asked what, if any, covenants can be created governing home
security cameras as to how they point and what they are used for.  Some HOA
members have used these devices to look onto neighbor's property (not at
their house or particular rooms) but to see if neighbors are violating other
covenants (obviously these people have too much time on their hands).  Have
any of you who represent HOA run into this issue.
