Sam: I do these all the time in Seattle, and know how to do it efficiently. Please give me a call on Thursday at my office. -Greg Ursich, Inslee Best, 425-455-1234

Listmates,

I have a client that has an adverse possession claim and is in settlement negotiations with the developer of the neighboring parcel. The settlement would involve a lot boundary adjustment by agreement. I suspect that all of the application requirements for a lot boundary adjustment would need to be met in this situation, as opposed to the lot line being adjusted as a result of prevailing on the adverse possession claim, and I am not sufficiently familiar with the City of Seattle lot boundary adjustment application process and requirements.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone that handles lot boundary adjustments in the City of Seattle for a few minutes and I would probably need to refer this matter out to that someone. Self-referrals are welcome. Thanks.
