Are there any issues with conveying an individual's tenant-in-common
interest to herself, as trustee for her revocable living trust? I would
like to use a quit claim deed to convey the interest from PC as individual,
to PC, Trustee, for her revocable living trust. Presently the individual
owns a house with another individual as tenants in common. Nothing would
change with the other TIC owner.

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
