[WSBARP] Testamentary Subdivision Exemption

I know Pierce county does since I have done quite a few over the years  but I always have a surveyor prepare the survey showing the disposition since the county will require  such a map as well as prepare the legal descriptions for the parcels to be distributed  as well as easements  if required also one needs need to verify that once it is done that the city or county will issue building permits it doesn't do any good to do a testamentary subdivision if it can't be built on later.

Does anyone know if County Land Use departments are allowing the RCW 58.17.040(3) Testamentary Exemption to be used when the disposition is through a Living Trust rather than through a Will?

I think it is an interesting issue.....
