Hi all,

A business client of mine previously purchased a residential lot in a new subdivision in Bozeman, MT.  Post-closing, client learned that the developer will not approve or allow the house client had originally intended to build, leading to a desire to undo the original purchase.  It sounds as though there may have been some misrepresentations made along the way by a potential representative of the developer, which I think could actually provide some traction in this effort.

Client seeks a skilled real estate litigator in Bozeman.  Any referrals?
