Listmates,

Residential construction contract contains an arbitration clause directing
that any dispute be arbitrated and govern by the Federal Arbitration Act.
The Act references resort to courts to resolve disputes about getting the
arbitration going. Question is do you file a lawsuit and the resort to
arbitration or simply serve the Contractor with a demand for arbitration?
Any thoughts?

Jeff
