[WSBARP] transfer on death deed

I’m not sure if I’m allowed to re-share our Section Newsletter on this listserv, but see Al Falk’s article in the Summer 2014 edition on TOD Deeds. There is a robust template contained in that newsletter as well. For example, I would advise the grantor to retain the right to revoke the TOD Deed. You could also name a contingent beneficiary. Just some ideas and a good discussion of other issues in that article.
