[WSBARP] funds in escrow

Ex-partners disagree on results of sale of a commercial property, and I am
to the point of having to bring a claim to have funds held in escrow for the
ex-partners disbursed.  Is anyone willing to share a complaint with me so
that I don't have to rekey the wheel (or something approximating that)?
