[WSBARP] Boise tax attorney

Can anyone recommend an attorney in Boise to help with an IRS tax issue.  The client managed an animal shelter and apparently her social was used on its credit card payment system rather than the EIN.  The IRS is now asserting she substantially underreported her income.  The shelter is cooperative but the credit card processor has not been.
