[WSBARP] Sample View Easement

Hello Michael,

Attached is a form of view easement that I have used.  Please feel free to use or modify as you wish, and the same for anyone else who might wish to use it.  You will see that the referenced exhibits include an illustrative exhibit depicting the easement area.  I usually ask a surveyor to prepare this in connection with the legal description of the view easement corridor.  Feel free to contact me with any questions since these do vary significantly depending on what is being preserved.  This one assumes a view across treed property.  In the city, of course, there may be different obstructions that need to be described such as no buildings above X feet in height at the roof peak will be erected.
