[WSBARP] referral of Eastern WA client

[Douglas Scott]

Client lives in Republic, WA but is currently in a hospital in Spokane with
major lung problems. His Republic property is subdivided into 4 parcels.
At his death, could be in weeks or a year or more, he wants each parcel to
go to a different relative. Possibly transfer on death deeds and/or a will.
Client wants to speak with an area attorney ASAP. Self referrals are fine
and I will pass all names along to him.
