Client owns a condo in Lake Worth/West Palm Beach, Florida. Client hired
Contractor to perform renovations beginning approximately three years ago.
Contractor recently passed away with some work remaining. Contractor's
surviving spouse and Client would like to agree to release the contract,
including remaining work and remaining amounts owed under the agreement.
Client will sell condo soon, and may need advice on lien release for title
purposes. I will pass along all referrals.
