[WSBARP] transfer of a remainder interest

Listmates,  I have  a client that has a remainder interest in property which is currently subject to a life estate.   The client wishes to transfer that remainder interest to an LLC.  While I can't think of a reason why they can't do that, I thought I would toss it out to those wiser than myself to see if I am stepping in something.   Thanks!  Craig
