[WSBARP] Look for Appraiser Referral

I have used Jim Dodge or Bob Macalay at Valbridge in Everett.  The do appraisals for eminent domain and are excellent and professional and provide very credible testimony if trial is needed.   GGG

Does anyone happen to have a recommendation for an appraiser that does appraisals for eminent domain issues in King County? I'm specifically looking for someone that could appraise value of impact due to placement of a temporary construction easement on property.
