[WSBARP] Eviction vs Ejectment

Hi Synthia - I would proceed with an eviction. My office calls these types
of evictions post-foreclosure evictions. Based on the facts, the previous
owner now has no legal right to the property and may be removed using the
unlawful detainer statute. As long as the 20/60 day notice is served
property (20 days owner/60 days tenant), that notice is the basis for the
unlawful detainer.
