Potential client has 20 acres of gold claim in eastern Washington.

Apparently, to move forward with the mining, one files a Plan of Operation
to work the claim, then seeks  cooperation with the Forest Service.

Client is seeking an attorney to assist with avenues that may be more
productive than waiting on the cooperation of the Forest Service.
