Hi I have a question about Native Growth Areas on plats from the early 90's in King County, if anyone would be able to discuss.

For one residential lot, I am looking to for advice from anyone that has dealt with NGPE (Native Growth Protection Easenent/Areas) that were created in the 80's or 90's in unincorporated King County, and then had to "correct" them to identify steep slopes exact areas.

My client is the first one that the City of Woodinville has encountered, the City was incorporated after the plat was put in place. Short of amending the plat, the city insists that we can "correct" the plat by recording an easement.

Thanks!
