[WSBARP] PC LLC needs help at Show Cause Hearing in King County next week

Hey all -

PC called my office. PC  is an owner of an LLC subject to commercial
unlawful detainer. PC's LLC has fully vacated the subject property but will
need an attorney to appear at show cause because LLC must be represented by
an attorney per Washington case law.
