Subject: [WSBARP] Referral for Easement Dispute

Hello, Listmates.

I have a client who bought a small piece of land at an auction. Had access via an easement. His neighbor then closed the gate and interfered with his access. Client wants to sell it, but it is difficult with this problem. I think the land is in Snohomish County.
He may need some litigation. Any referrals welcome-Spanish-speaking is an advantage.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
