[WSBARP] JTWROS

I have a married couple that want to own as JTWRS 50% and their daughter and
boyfriend to own 50% as JTWROS, but then have each 50% interest held as
JTWROS with the other. First, am I over complicating things and second can
this be done here in WA. I can't make them all 25% as JTWROS because on the
death of one, they all become 1/3 owners.
