[WSBARP] New law???

Listmates,  I recently heard a radio program in which the presenting attorney stated that a recent law change removed retirement accounts from the exemption from creditors.  As I understood the presenter, retirement accounts are now fair game for creditors.  Nobody I have spoken with has heard of such a thing.  Anyone have any insight???
