[WSBARP] Lease for Life

I am assisting an elderly person who will transfer property to a child and
get a "Lease for Life" so they can obtain a senior citizen or disabled
exemption from King County.  Does anyone have a form "Lease for Life " they
can share.

They are aware of any Medicaid look-back should they go that route down the
road.
