[WSBARP] foreclosure of HELOC but 1st still unpaid

Anyone deal with property that had a HELOC which foreclosed and property
transferred to an investor but there remains a first position mortgage?  I
understand buyer took subject to first position but now first position is
sending foreclosure notices.  This is not a primary residence.  Anyone ever
deal with this and willing to chat for a few minutes?
