Hey braintrust -
I want to pass on a potential client to anyone who thinks they can handle
this case.
PC and boyfriend bought the house "together." He paid down payment, is the
sole person on title, and sole person named on mortgage. However, she's
been paying the entire mortgage the entire length of ownership and put her
own money into improvements on the property. They are splitting and he's
trying to sell the property. She just wants her share of her "equity."
Anyone know anyone that would want to take this on? I'll pass on your
information.
