[WSBARP] Assignment of Probate Proceeds

Not trying to make trouble here but query whether you should send a CYA letter to the PR advising the PR to hire separate counsel to advise whether the PR should sign an assignment in favor of the PR’s attorney.

Listmates:  (for the second time)

Someone on this list mentioned getting an assignment from the Personal Representative in order to make sure that the attorney get's paid from the proceeds of a sale of assets, or otherwise, for services rendered.

Does that someone, or someone else, have a format of such an assignment?  I could use it for myself now.
