[WSBARP] Accountant ran off with the records--need referral please

Listmates-

Client health care provider terminated an employee, whose duties included billing and scheduling.
Client is out a significant financial loss because employee failed to do the billing.
Billing Services is auditing employee's work and finding a large number of claims that cannot be submitted due to timely filing rules.
 Additionally, employee has passwords and logins as well as patient data (claim information, insurance information, addresses, etc.) needed to continue the business.
Employee worked remotely and is unresponsive.
Client unable to gain access to patient information to continue scheduling and billing as well as to provide access to systems that new patient coordinator must use.
Can someone help-all referrals appreciated.
