Listmates, I have received the following message from a local HOA client: "We have a disaster preparedness committee made up of association members. They have asked to do fundraising activities (raffles, bake sales, etc.) to purchase emergency supplies for the community. We're concerned that these activities might jeopardize our non-profit HOA status. What are your thoughts?" Does anyone have a quick and simple answer (wishful thinking?) or at least point me in the right direction for research?
