[WSBARP] Commercial Lease Secured by Deed of Trust

Hi all,

I'm representing the landlord in a commercial lease negotiation.  Principal
owners of tenant entity will personally guarantee the lease, and have
agreed to a deed of trust on their personal residence to further secure the
guaranty.  I haven't ever used a DoT in this capacity, and would like to
chat briefly with someone who has.  Please let me know if you're able and
