[WSBARP] trying to leave bequest of Marriott timeshare

Melinda, the Deed from Marriot would be taken in the name of the Smith Family Trust Dated October 15,18.  The heirs would be named as beneficiaries.   My client went through the Seattle law firm of Ahrens & DeAngeli to prepared the documents and deal with Marriott.  206 652 0101.

Marriott apparently will not allow bequest of deeded Marriott Vacation Club interest through terms of a Will, but requires the interest to be passed down only through a Trust.  I would like to hear from someone who has handled this with Marriott interests and who would like to take it on.
