[WSBARP] Cell Tower Lease Buy Out

Homeowner Association client has received an offer of a lump sum payment to
buy out their interest as Lessor in a cell tower lease agreement.

 

While a CPA or others might be able to perform the economic analysis, the
client has asked if there is someone specifically familiar with the industry
practice on these transactions - which may be another way of stating that
the client may be looking for assistance in negotiating.
