[WSBARP] OT Referral - Kitsap Assault Charge

Hello Listmates:

A colleague has a friend who received a summons to appear in court next Monday on a 4th degree assault charge on Bainbridge Island.  It involved a dispute with a neighbor over property issues and the assault involved pushing a phone away. It sounded pretty minor, but now he needs to respond at an arraignment notice, and he will be out of the country next Monday.  Does anyone have a referral to an attorney who can help with this matter?
