[WSBARP] Snohomish county commercial eviction

Have not done one there since 2005. I recall that they don't take testimony, it's like an oral argument, so you must have your clients Declaration. In King County you must have a Notice for Unlawful Detainer plus a Writs of Restitution Intake Sheet. In Pierce Count you need a Payment or Sworn Statement Requirement. Are there any County specific documents, or hints of which I should be aware, which are needed for a commercial eviction in Snohomish?
