[WSBARP] Syndication

PC is working on a deal with a Seller in Texas. This Seller is selling his whole portfolio of real estate property worth millions. It seems the Seller is ready to retire and not manage properties anymore. PC wanted to do a syndication wherein he cobbles together investors to buy Seller's portfolio of properties. I was cautious with what he was trying to do because it may be a security. Since I don't practice securities law, I was wondering if anyone in the listserv knows of a securities attorney he can talk to. Please feel free to share your own contact information if you would like to talk to this PC and get more clarification into what he's trying to do.
