List mates,

I have a client who gave a deed of trust on a property and is now selling
it. The Lender is allowing him to substitute another property. Would you
sign a new DT and release the property being sold or would it be easier to
do a spreader agreement to add the new property and then release the sold
property. The same original note remains unchanged.

Happy Friday!
