'Mates, I am curious. Is RCW 64.80
<http://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=64.80&full=true#64.80.090> an
easy, low-cost and effective option for basic estate planning? Or is it
simply one arrow in a quiver that should only be employed by an experienced
estate planner?

If the former, any chance you have a TOD deed I can crib?

Thanks as always.
