[WSBARP] Federal Criminal Defense Attorney

Client needs a Tacoma area attorney versed in federal criminal restitution
orders.  Client has been paying steadily for over 18 years, but in minimal
amounts, on a very large restitution order.  Client feels the "victims" have
been paid what they were owed through the sale of properties taken from the
client through the criminal proceeding.  Can the restitution order be
challenged because of this?
