Referrals for both/ either are appreciated, including self-referrals:

 

PC #1- needs RE attorney to review a commercial lease for space in downtown Seattle

 

PC #2- needs RE attorney to assist w upside down owner financed property on Vashon Island. PC likely needs to file for bankruptcy relief, behind several payments on mortgage and unable to work due to illness.
