[WSBARP] Quashing a Lien

I would be very careful using the frivolous lien statute. John Riper's
article is attached, and is instructive. I have had some degree of success
in sending a letter to the other party demanding that the lien be released.

All

I have a mechanics lien that has filed on a client's property. It was filed
after the 90 day period and I need to get it cleared. How do I do that
exactly? Obviously I don't have a case number, so do I file suit to do that,
or what?

If someone could give me lien clearance 101 advice, I would appreciate it.

Thank you,

Scott Hildebrand
