[WSBARP] Condominium v. Townhome Associations

Listmates,

 

Clients came in to update their Townhome CC &R's.  The document states it is
not intended to create a condominium under Washington law.  Case law seems
to put townhomes in the condominium category.  If not a condominium, does
one just use the homeowners association rules?
