[WSBARP] Need Referral for Residential Real Estate Appraisal

Hello, Listmates.

Sorry for duplicating this on different list-servs, but I'm throwing the wide-net to find a decent but affordable appraiser.

I've got a couple of clients in South King County-Des Moines, Auburn who have homes we'd like to get a reliable market value for (for this week, anyway-who knows what next week will be).

Anybody got someone they can recommend?
