[WSBARP] referral Cancun, Mexico lawyer re condo purchase

Dear Colleagues,

A client has made a purchase offer on a condo not far from Cancun, Mexico
(specifically, Akumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico, according to the documents).

She showed me the purchase and sale agreement and, in my opinion, it does
not pass the smell test.

We are looking for a referral to a lawyer in that region with real estate
sales expertise.
