[WSBARP] Referral to California legal malpractice attorney

Listmates,  I would like a referral to a California legal malpractice attorney.  Short story is a family member filed litigation to collect a loan to a former girlfriend.  Girlfriend of course claims it was a gift.  Family member's attorney failed to disclose the documentary evidence of the loan during discovery which resulted in the evidence being barred from trial.  Judge says no evidence of a loan so family member loses.  Total out of pocket about 1 million dollars.   Obviously a little cranky about the result of this inexcusable oversight, family member would like to recoup what he can.  Thanks in advance for any referrals.
