[WSBARP] identifying grantor

The signature block on a quit claim deed I am preparing is for  “Jane Doe, by William Banks, her attorney-in-fact.”  Should I use the same language in the body of the deed to identify the grantor, or should I identify the grantor simply as “Jane Doe”?  Or does it matter?
